The video work Guided Meditation I (2020) by Lito Kattou unveils a narration holding the form of a guided meditation, which takes place in the midst of an ambivalent landscape forecasting environmental instability. The idea of healing and realisation through mindful self-help techniques is confronted by the repetitively changing gloomy atmosphere of a horizon, challenging in this way transformation, adaptability, the personal and the collective.
